More about Dr. Laura Rawson…
Dr. Laura Rawson has been dedicated to the art and science of Chinese Medicine for more than 25 years.
Nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (NCCAOM) and board-certified by the California Acupuncture Board, she brings extensive clinical experience and a deeply integrative approach to patient care.
She earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 1996, later completing her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. Dr. Rawson also holds advanced training as a Breema practitioner and instructor, is certified in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), and is a graduate of the Kressler Institute for Functional and Evolutionary Medicine.
With this diverse training, Dr. Rawson designs highly individualized treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs—supporting physical healing, emotional balance, and overall well-being. She frequently helps patients with digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, and both chronic and acute pain. Her work blends traditional wisdom with modern functional medicine, guiding patients through life’s physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions with efficiency, compassion, and lasting results.
